Recently I purchased the flat here. A total of 3 wings are here out of that 2 wings are ready A1 got recently possession and A2 got in 2018. Near to Airport, Lohegaon bus stand and 2 km from Porwal road. Very spacious flat, value for money, ample space available for parking, inside amenities provided by builder is very well, apart from swim pool all outside amenities available, nice natural surrounded with fresh air. Little bit far distance but very valuable for the location. Well connected area. The builder is also good and supporting. Some follow up did with the builder but were satisfied.

Amongst top places to live at Lohegaon. Great amenities at considerable price point along with an elegant exterior LED decorative building. The only improvement area is connectivity through well build roads.

Flats are really good in sizes , best surroundings, awesome views , good location.
